Using the Support Centre -- Feb 10 2009, 2:09 PM
HM Design welcome input and communication from clients and visitors. We have created this online support centre in the hope that most of the common enquires may be dealt with here. If you have an enquiry or question, it's likely someone else has had the same and you may find the answer here already.
We have tried to make finding information as intuitive as possible with articles and information grouped for easy reference.
If you still cannot find an answer to your enquiry or simply wish to contact us regarding something, please use the SUBMIT A TICKET link and select the appropriate department.
By using our support centre for all online communication we reduce the amount of spam emails we may otherwise recieve and your enquiry goes straight to the person most able to deal with it - ensuring you a speedy response.
All visitors may send general enquires, existing customers are encouraged to register to ensure they recieve the best service as we require additional information during the registration process. Also, by registering, you have access to all of our departments, visitors do not.
The new supprt centre (erm...this one) should have existing clients registered automatially, if you did not receive you registration email just Submit a Ticket and we will resolve this for you.
