Initial contact by visitors is always via our contact centre - here. Just click on Submit a ticket and select one of the 3 departments showing. Existing customers and registered users will have access to additional departments.
If you wish to telephone or fax us, please use the numbers shown on the left of this page.
Use of the contact centre has substantially reduced the amount of junk email we get on a daily basis and allows us to more effectivey deal with your enquiry.
Existing customers will always have telephone access to our team via a local number and direct telephone access to thier account manager by mobile phone. Short of face to face meetings, this is the next best thing.
Our account managers are very busy people and often with other clients, travelling, driving etc. If you do not get an immediate answer by phone please do leave a voicemail, he/she will return your call as soon as is practical. If your enquiry is very urgent, phone our team or submit a support request.
After 7 pm, please use the support centre, our account managers have families and real lives too.
