Why do I need to go through a registration to contact you? -- Feb 12 2009, 2:39 PM
You are not actually registering the first time you send us a message - you have the option to do that if you wish. You will provide no more information by using the contact centre than you would by using a standard email form (which is less secure that this is).
Sadly, the internet is full of nasty little software programmes operated by equally nasty little people who have nothing better to do than send out millions of spam emails. We accept online communication via our Contact & Support centre only, as a means of preventing these people from sending us useless junk email.
We have found that genuine enquirers do not mind too much as this does ensure that we are able to respond quickly to any question or support request - basically because we don't have to sort through hundreds of junk emails before we can deal with the genuine ones ;-)
